Unusual design for OST event

I am new to the list so Hi to everyone. I am also new to OST but have been
involved with a few sessions with my old consulting firm.

The schedule of the "Unusual design" we used at a client meeting with a
farmer group. The only difference was that the members had been in a group
facilitation process for an extended period before this meeting.

It worked well except for the proceedings and the commitment to the
follow-up action. Because of the limited time (I think from my limited
experience) it was difficult to get through all the information and get
follow-up actions set.

I hope that helps.
