(just for clarification)
by the above discussed "concrete skills/knowledges/actions" I meant the
part that cannot be done (nor even influenced) by the "third person"
(facilitator) but is rather in the responsibility of those who want (or
should) change. The "expert knowledge" - in contrast to the
facilitator's "process knowledge" for a given task. If facilitation is
best - than there will be enough open space to move, but the motion
itself has to come from the participiants. The facilitator cannot walk
them - they have to walk themselves. And sometimes, rather complicated
reorganisations are necessary (therefore advanced expert knowledge and
skills seem necessary).

My intention directs especially towards family life / education :-)
(although I actually don's see great differences towards change
facilitation!)
