episcopal churches?

Chris, I will be facilitating an Open Space in a Scottsdale, Arizona
Episcopal church on Jan 20.  The Open Space follows a system-wide
Appreciative Inquiry. It is being sponsored by the Vestry and Rector as
their main input and planning event scheduled immediately after their
Annual Meeting - the entire congregation is invited to focus on the
theme, "How do we use our many talents and gifts to do God's work?"

Although the conditions which prompted this event are quite different
from those you describe, I'd be happy to share the story after 1/20, if
you are interested.
