Jo

Hmmmmmm, a challenge.

Introduction might be useful if highlights done in few other
languages, using good English speakers from audience who volunteer.
When I did 1.5 days in Romania, my facilitation was pared to 22
minutes total, leaving the rest of the event to the translater who
evolved into a co-facilitator and went on to lead successful events
on her own.

I would let each session sort out its own language to use and report.
People will find a way to communicate, but they might need some extra
time. So, you may want to consider extending sessions to 75 or more
minutes.

Why not ask Elwin Guild <elwinandjoan at yahoo.com>, who is a master at
facilitating in Eastern Europe and Russia, for suggestions?

Luck!
