Questions and links to Spiral Dynamics

Susan,

Don Beck and Christopher Cowan's book, Spiral Dynamics: Mastering Values,
Leadership, and Change is a superb read.  Was introduced to Spiral Dynamics
by one of my Masters profs.  He was (consulting) doing an inquiry on Spiral
Dynamics for Disney (the mouse) as a precursor to understanding why
cultural change was occuring in the Disney org.  I am not sure what the
results were.  I'll give some thought to the Spiral/OST connection.
