Questions and links to Spiral Dynamics

I am wondering how many fellow OS listers are familiar with the Spiral
Dynamics model?  And how you find it complements OS?  The more I learn about
it (which is so far very basic), the more intrigued I become.  In fact, I
have invited two of the leading experts on Spiral Dynamics and the theory of
Clare W. Graves --Christopher Cowan and  Natasha Todorovic-- to present a 3
day course for OD and HR Professionals in Seattle, November 2-4.  (Email me
