Yes you have to think a lot about words and terminology. If Swedish is your mothertongue - as is mine - you can't send a letter to the list in Swedish. 
We are a small language (8 million are Swedish speaking). 
In Sweden almost everyone speaks english, at least most of the people working in the OD field. That creates a lot of "swenglish", english terms used in our daily work. It is so easy just to take the english word for something that is difficult to translate.
I have worked for many years as a journalist writing about OD. My passion is to always try to find adequate swedish words and expressions. I have put a lot of effort in describing Open Space in "pure" Swedish.
