most of the people working in the OD field. That creates a lot of "swenglish", 

english terms used in our daily work. It is so easy just to take the english 

word for something that is difficult to translate.</FONT></DIV>

writing about OD. My passion is to always try to find adequate swedish words and 

expressions. I have put a lot of effort in describing Open Space in "pure"
