Hello OSLIST  members,

We are sorry if this is not the place to provide an update, including our
e-mail address, but we have lost any memory of how else to do this (moving
kills brain
cells).  Our old e-mail address is holon at lankaster.com and our new address
is holon at consultant.com  We have just moved to the Arcata area (northern
California)
from northern Arizona.  We welcome hearing from any connections here.

We've been involved in organizational work for 16 years, aligned with the
systems
approach of Open Space and other integrative processes.  Our work over the
past six years has focused on State agencies, building partnerships between
and among
their partners, inside and outside their own organizations.  An example: we
facilitated, in one large state agency, an Open Space event with 75 middle
managers- five years ago
provided enough energy, momentum and action to forge an organization wide
Network (Middle Managers Leadership Network) with its own web page,
newsletter,
training, forums, task teams and long term formal partnership with the
senior leaders- still strong today!
