Sales strategy

First of all, thanks to all who respond to my query about how to sell OS. I
have been in the field of selling the intangibles of organization development
for some time, and have a general idea of how to go about selling it. But I'm
looking for some tangible, hard copy proofs and/or one page brochure or
description of what OS is, and what it can do. Something simple, yet
straightforward so that the prospect has an idea of what it is, and something
that can be used to show others in the organization what this OS stuff is all
about. Yes, I know the best way to know is to do it, and participate in it
(which I have), however, it still remains a strange beast to a prospect who
thinks he/she wants OS, but wants something on paper to show to others in the
organization. So, now I really do have a prospect, and we are both excited
about doing an OS. I believe I've persuaded him to do 2.5 days instead of 2.
Now he asked me to put together something for his committee so they can take a
look on paper, and some examples of where OS has been used successfully. To
myself I thought "gee, if I only had a ready made brochure/document/flyer that
met his needs for paper proof, I could send it out today." But I don't.
SOOO..I was wondering how to access some proof sources, especially the
Rockport story, and others like it. Also, I was wondering if anyone out there
has a flyer or short sales type document that explains OS, its uses and
results??? If none such animal exists, then I will create one, but being one
who hates to reinvent the wheel, I just thought I'd post my request out there.
