A few thoughts,

In Open Space, without exception I have witnessed that people demonstrate
the ability to listen and truly consider other people's perspectives,
 the insight to recognize and accept the solution that best serves the
whole,
 the generating and contributing of ideas that are greater than oneself,
the knowledge and attitude that there is always a solution,
the concern for all aspects of life,
the confidence to discuss mindfully, thoughtfully, and clear of personal
agendas, the capability to work in unity toward a common goal,
and the grace to communicate with respect.
