Enjoying the convo.

Per Michael's mention of sociocracy, here is a free, online reference with
70 or so sociocratic "patterns," a.k.a., ways of working:
https://patterns.sociocracy30.org/

The patterns are modular, so an organization can pull them in when it needs
them.

Opening space for change is one of the patterns, which was Daniel Mezick's
contribution I believe.

I find the patterns useful and use them often in my work.
