[OSList] A Company (or NGO) Proposal

Dear friends
One last mail today for this list (because today is not a holiday here, but it is Sunday - and the weather is gray ...)
I am thinking of creating, in early 2020, an organization, which I am not quite sure yet if it will be a company, if an NGO, but which will be based on OST, as the main method to clarify the needs of customers, which they can then hire (from us or others) consulting services to resolve the issues raised - or to do themselves, of course.
My organization is tentatively named "Metenoia Center Consulting" and "metanoia" comes from Paul, of course, so I guess the idea of ​​a "deep transformation" is evident to you and, I hope, to potential clients as well. 
[Let me clarify that my purpose has little to do with that of a book called "Reinventing Organizations" or similar - things can be reinvented in many ways and for many different purposes.]
As, at this stage of my life, I am working only in my area (extending from the west coast of Portugal to Lisbon), I am interested in finding partners and I think the list where the OST facilitator community joins is the ideal for that. I appreciate that in the list, or by private mail (preferably to my address in Cc), inform me if you want to talk about this subject.
I'm interested in:
1) learn from those who already do the same;
2) exchange impressions with anyone who wants to do the same or similar activities;
3) Get partners to spread the concept - but not necessarily revenue - around the world.
