Dear Jake,
I have learned to work with Open Space Technology from Michael Pannwitz since age of 18.
We’ll do a prep meeting - including finding the theme - at the Open Space Training next month!
It’s a simple process which has always worked for me with planning groups from 3-20 people.
It all starts with a time travel thinking about what people want to have experienced after the OST is over.
At the Working with Open Space Technology Training we’ll do a lot of hands on experiancial work as well as time to reflect the essence of what OST is.
I am looking forward to meeting you!
If you know of someone in this part of the world, who would benefit from the training, please share the invitation!

See you soon!

As the consultant, what activities do you take on in preparing for the event? I assume that the group members handle everything that you do not take on.
