[OSList] [GC] Getting ready - Working with Open Space Technology in Washington Oct 22-24

Dear Thomas and Anna Caroline,
I hold a picture of you and your participants having joy and fulfillment of
hopes with this workshop....and that a few more people sign up so that they
also can benefit from your exquisite and unique way of offering this
Working with OST module of the Genuine Contact program. Within the Genuine
Contact program, one aspect we keep in mind as we work with OST is that a
well done OST meeting could lead to a choice in an organization undertaking
an organizational transformation. This bigger vision leads us to the amount
of care we do in the planning and additional steps in working with the OST
meeting to make the most of it in an organization.

Questions that I am asked with some regularity by leaders who are
considering sponsoring an OST meeting in their organization are "will this
OST meeting be able to lead to something sustainable? do you know how to
help us with a longer term impact?". Leaders that I speak with are after
something more than a good meeting.
