If so, there are some classes coming up next week and the week after....



Open Space Technology

Open Space has the potential to transform your org-change program. 

In the world of digital and agile transformation, the use of Open Space is proving to be not only effective, but essential. OST opens space for real change to occur.

For folks seeking a class in OST, there are a couple of classes coming up next week and the week after, online. 

These online classes (using Zoom video) give a solid introduction on how to deliver Open Space in organizations. Each student receives a kit of resources including a checklist of things to do that are essential for preparing an executive for the Host role. 

There is a strong emphasis on leadership preparation for Open Space in this class. We cover a lot of ground in less than 8 hours. The courses comes with a kit of resources, materials and tools for completing preparations and delivery of OST event. 30 days of support after the class by email is included. 

The July 29 event coming up next week **also** includes mentoring, after the class, from one of the instructors, Marai Kiele.
