[OSList] OST for Mission/Vision and Strategic Planning?

Sure. Did the five year research plan for the maker of Viagra. They went out of business (bought out) but we did the whole thing in 2 days. Went as usual—well. 250 scientists. No problems

Has anyone ever used OST 1) to develop a mission and/or vision statement or 2) to conduct strategic planning? If so, how did it go? Any recommendations?
