[OSList] residential workshop coming up re organizational transformation based on OST

Dear friends,

I highly recommend this workshop! 
In my humble opinion it’s the best (!) to take Open Space full circle ;)  -> to bring OST to all fibers of the organization on a daily basis, involving all employees in the process and help them to make sure the essence of OST is lived and benefited from each day. (Not only at exceptional OST meetings.)

This June we taught the workshop Genuine Contact Organisation in the Netherlands, together with Thomas Hermann and Doris Gottlieb. All participants were highly experienced in working with OST in their organizations and yet taking 4 days to go beyond the methodology of OST, but discover how the power & essence of OST can inform the blueprint of an organization was a mind-stretch :) It became very obvious, that all organizations will transform themselves in their unique way - there is NO ONE (agile) WAY to do this ;) 

We will be teaching the Genuine Contact Train the Trainer in The Netherlands in November - otherwise I would consider to join the workshop in Raleigh to refresh and deepen my understanding of Conscious Open Space Organizations aka Genuine Contact Organizations.
