Case studies re"after OST"

There's one wanting to happen re Boeing Company: using OST horizontally to integrate functional relationships across companies (such as IT) and vertically to streamline making airplane doors. Paul Gleiberman (gleiberman at icloud.com )
is one resource; Michael Lindfield is another. Michael.lindfield at comcast.net. Also used in their leadership education curriculum.

Spirited Work was a six plus years application of OS for governance. There are a number of us who'd be able to contribute to a research project on that: Me, Peggy Holman, Mark Hower, Gabriel Shirley (designing and using IT) Mark Jones, Mary Ella Keblusek.
None done yet that I know of.

I had the honor to do a research on OL's best practices worldwide for the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) in 2009-2011. Out of this research many case studies emerged and out of all of them the best practices were selected and I continued this research in the University of Liverpool (2011-2012) in order to come up with a standardized (and thus also scalable) methodology of applying OL right after an OS which was named Organizational Learning Self-Evaluation Tool (OLSET).

However, the quintessence and amalgam of these case studies (OLSET) is published in my book "Doing More with Less: Organizational Learning and the OLSET Tool". It is a comprehensive guide that you can use to apply OLSET/OL on your own and is available here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1540513734/ref=cm_sw_su_dp

With OSA there are two open space events some months apart in the organization, and the period inbetween is there for growing the new, with a set of principles (agile principles in the case of OSA, however no one is stopping you from defining your own) guiding the work towards the next OS and during which time experimentation is explicitly encouraged by management.
