[OSList] Open Space and Introverts

Hello Ron :
Thank you for this nice question! I think that the answer is it depends.
It depends on many aspects.

But I do not agree that, in general, extreme introverts do not like Open
Space.
What I think is that this type of people will not stand in the middle of
the circle to make an invitation for a topic because they will feel very
inconfortable specialy with this special part of the Open Space process but
in the other hand they can feel very well as butterflys, having many small
conversations, one to one.

They also can fell very well participating in small groups, may be just
listening, at the begining, they might as well love taking notes!!! and
they can fell VERY happy using the law of the 2 feet!!!
This is my personal opinion but of curse it depends also on the invitation
process and how they relate to the topic!!
Introverts like to listen to other people conversation and Open Space is a
place to speack...but also a good place to listen of course!
