[OSList] Time challenge - multiple short OSTs? (x-posted OS/GC-lists)

How long does it take "

to travel across the community"? What supports the "
unwillingness"? If the fourth event was geographically in the middle of
the other three, and transport was provided, would that help, and maybe
dinner as well?

If it is clear that the data from the first three OSTs will be carried
forward to the fourth, and that the fourth is more a sense-making
next-steps-making, would that support people to decide what they want to do
with the "

unwillingness"?

OR maybe the fourth meeting where "

all are invited for convergence/action planning" is an assumption that can
be dropped? What if each OST was for the people who attend to take action
locally and that's it? Why does there need to be convergence and some kind
of meta-plan or central strategy? It is a usual myth we hold about doing
things here and there and then bringing them together!

What if the fourth meeting is in 6 months or one year for the three other
OSTs to come together and share what happened?

Just playing with ideas and it might be a bit late for that...
