Hi Christopher,
i think you have a wonderful opportunity and I see that Vini has offered to
be some help.

I agree with Harrison and that no training is necessary to learn to
facilitate an OST meeting...the training that most of us do is much more
about working with OST...the before and the after.

So, if it were me, and I had your opportunity to be a great resource for
fantastic young people, what I would do is to disband with the notion of
doing a training and instead provide them with
1. A superbly facilitated OST meeting that they feel inspired to
attend...with a topic like we used with Fast Company magazine very many
years ago 'Creating the Life You Love'
2. Send any people who come to you who want to learn how to facilitate to
purchase and read Harrison's Open Space Technology: a User's Guide; and
provide them the information to go into the open space wiki site; and of
course invite them into this list

That should do it and I assume they will take it from there.

IF by chance, any of them want to go further, deeper, and make broader use
of their skills and knowledge in facilitating OST, you could always have a
follow on session to examine what they learned. And then, some might want a
training for working with OST in an organization...but likely, not many.

Wishing you joy and success with whatever you do,
Birgitt
