Dear Chris,

I am Vini from Brazil, I am currently 20 years old and have been involved for the past two years with the Art of Hosting community in Brazil. I have run some workshops on facilitation skills and methodologies, sometimes covering OS sometimes not, as I usually go for what I think best suits the group attending, thus it varies.
I have some experience with youth engagement, and trying to pull down the average age of the communities of facilitators I am part of. I will run a workshop next month with presidents of junior enterprises in the region where I live.

upcoming i note a lot of open space training  -however

if anyone knows of a training session on open space being run by  under 30s primarily for under 30s i would love to know
 on the hypothesis that sustainability depends on the next decade being youths mostinnovative and productive one, how do we bridge this facilitation gap
i am working on someone in baltimore donating a large space but i am still not sure of what invitation to issue to get the right sort of young crowd comeand i wonder what you all experiences on this have been
