Hello! Thanks Michael, Harrison, and Lisa for supporting OSELE.16 (aka LEX)
and all the people that are helping us on this wonderful adventure!

For all the people thinking about joining us next May, some news about next
OSELE.16 (aka LEX, the *4th Open Space European Learning Exchange,
10th-13th May, plus Lisa´s learning Workshop, 7th-9th May*)

Find here the *invitation text in **English*
<https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=ZGVmYXVsdGRvbWFpbnxvcGVuc3BhY2VnaWxhZ3VuYWt8Z3g6NWJlYmUwMTViNmJlYjdiOQ>
, Basque
<https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=ZGVmYXVsdGRvbWFpbnxvcGVuc3BhY2VnaWxhZ3VuYWt8Z3g6NDA0MGJmMjM2MjAyMzc1Mw>
 and Spanish

and
here the *registration form*
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1-dXi4aR0mh0rdRThqQQAcgPV5CgR4aKR_RVI7XsMc8s/edit>.
Being Donostia the 2016 European Culture Capital, we reccommend you to book
your accommodation soon (some info n it on the next lines).

*1. Very good news first: **Lisa Heft* will be* giving her Open Space
Learning Workshopin Tabakalera (Donostia/San Sebastian) on May 7th to 9th
<https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=ZGVmYXVsdGRvbWFpbnxlbGVkZXJidW18Z3g6NTg2MDI5NjBjYTc1NGQxZg>
also
in the same site of OSELE.16!* And she´ll also be taking part then, after a
deserved rest day, in OSELE.16!

*Each of these events deepens your engagement for the other. Each has
separate registration.* So we have next May in Donostia/San Sebastian a
smart combination for Open Space lovers:

*a. Lisa Heft´s Open Space Learning Workshop* *(May 7th to 9th)*: a
workshop for an exploration and lessons-learned about the process for both
experienced and new-to-OS people. And then

*b. OSELE.16 on May 10th to 13th (the 4th Open Space European Learning
Exchange).* A 2´5 days OSonOS (Open Space on Open Space) for a “deeper
dive” into OS.

*2. OSELE.16: how to get to Donostia/San Sebastian*
Find in this link some information on how to get to Donostia *by plane, bus
or* *train *(Paris-Hendaye, SNCF)
http://www.sansebastianturismo.com/en/come/how-to-get-here

If you are coming from Spain, France or Portugal you may like joining
someone in *BlaBlaCar <https://www.blablacar.es/> *for a cheaper and more
social trip.

*3. Accommodation: *We have searched about accommodation possibilities and
have written a briefing. Some information on it next. There are plenty of
possibilities:

Here the offer that the council supports
<http://www.sansebastianturismo.com/en/sleep/where-to-sleep> on their
website.

A Room in the city <http://www.aroominthecity.eu/> is near Tabakalera (10
minutes walk), a recently opened hostel, with great beds in rooms for 2, 4,
5 or 6 people.

We´ve spoken with NEST hostel
<https://www.nest-hostels.com/hostel-san-sebastian-green-nest/> (40 minutes
walk to Tabakalera, the site of OSELE.16, and public transportaition) and
agreed to block till April the 9th some rooms with special prices:

6 bed room: *15.70* *€/night/person; *4 bed room: *16.50*
*€/night/person; *Double
room for 2 people: *20 €/night/person*; Double room for one person:
*35 €/night*

Tell them (booking at greenestdonostia.com) you come to OSELE.16 so as they
can apply you this prices. http://www.aroominthecity.eu/

We are speaking also with locals that would be happy to host some
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1taLRLU4Ie5aOwtHJs8FI76WQomyqOfl4TfXckYZtg1w/edit#gid=0>*oselers,
and we are gathering basic data to facilitate this type of hosting on this
sheet
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1taLRLU4Ie5aOwtHJs8FI76WQomyqOfl4TfXckYZtg1w/edit#gid=0>**.
In this sheet, also, the best AirBnB options, selected by Dawa.*

Then we have also more AirBnB
<https://www.airbnb.es/s/San-Sebasti%C3%A1n--Espa%C3%B1a?s_tag=uOcbg68x>
 and Couchsurfing <https://www.couchsurfing.com/> options and a wide
variety of accomodation. May could be quite busy, so it would be sage to
book soon a place to sleep.

Please, feel free to contact us if you have any question or there´s
anything we could help you with.

Kindest regards,

Eleder Aurtenetxe Pildain
