[OSList] OS after-action hub

question - any exemplary cases on how open space went beyond catlogue of projects that climax an open space to the action follow-through
I am wondering what keeps the collaboration going, the bottom-up thriving, 
has anyone used a blog or a visual map? an app? temporaruly developed a co-working hub if the space was about regenerating a community? or what?
