[OSList] Moving through open space! - Inquiry/request

Thanks so much for naming that Michael!

I JUST realized explicitly today that the Law of Two Feet and the very
essence of an OST experience "moving how you wish" are most definitely
mindful movement!

My aha was reading Allison's contribution where she shared her thinking
that mindful movement was a part of each aspect of her "cross-disciplinary
work".

It is quite funny to me because even though as soon as I had an experience
of a truly open space for movement, I immediately related it to OST, yet I
still did not make the aforementioned connection until now :) So cool.
