[OSList] List of Local OS-LISTs?

after you posted this, eleder, i remembered/discovered this list of other
email groups at openspaceworld.  it seems that most of these are not active
any longer.  but maybe they have moved?

does anyone know anything about the status of these lists?  and are there
other lists that should be included?  there is still a german list
somewhere?  is there an Oz list, anyone?  others?
