[OSList] Using OST to facilitate Agile process

Ron, thanks for posting about FAST using Open Space. I apologize for 
omitting you and FAST in my thinking! FAST implements Agile in an Agile 
way, using Open Space. And of course the more FAST gets discussed and 
used, the more Open Space inside Agile implementations we can expect to 
see. Which is absolutely great. Sorry Ron!
