[OSList] report from round one of the birthday party this morning

thanks JL... and most of the credit goes to Lucas Cioffi, who built the
qiqo platform (which i think is better than yesterday's plan B alternative
at Zoom) and continues to show us how it can support more and closer
connecting in our global practice community, even as it also helps us
invite/welcome more and more friends and partners.

yesterday i counted more than a dozen US states represented and over two
dozen different countries, perhaps the simplest and most diverse gathering
of os practitioners ever assembled.  hooray for all of us!  and... let's do
it again!
