[OSList] OSList bounces

[Harold Shinsato via OSList]

Thanks Scott, Koos, and Karolina,

I can see that the sender is listed as Harold Shinsato via OSList 
<oslist at lists.openspacetech.org>.

As long as people have good text in their "from" field, it should make 
the sender clear in our inboxes and in the archives. But we won't be 
able to search via email addresses :-(

Still, it seems better than risking the OSList being considered a 
spammer in the DMARC system - so I'll leave it that way for now until we 
have a better solution.
