[OSList] WOSonOS15

sounds like it'll be in Poland which I think is great. Anyway to my knowledge we (or the ones present at site) used to choose from the available offers presented there (on site). So those present were considered making a decision on the behalf of all of us not present on site.
So if there was only one offer, I guess it was a quite simple decision. 
But maybe I missed something too (-:
