[OSList] Looling for a good theme

I am with Michael 100% on this one.

In addition, for me this is an example of the benefit of questions as  
"themes." Coming up with the question helps test the parameters  
Michael refers to in ways that being catchy or triggy often miss.

Over the years I have had groups come up with some questions that were  
not at all catchy, and even cumbersome, but which I recognized through  
the pre-work provided an authentic springboard they needed for their  
work. I have been a participant in a few others that had clever  
themes. Generally speaking, I will take cumbersome authenticity over  
catchy or clever.
