Hello Stefano,

Great topic! 
I was soooo glad I had a co-host when I hosted my first and largest OS. She was more experienced in OST and the participants were my tribe, so it was a beautiful partnership. I spent a few hours with the callers of the gathering honing the question. They really wanted to step into action (which can be a mistake if the time isn't right) so we used, "What can we start today to……"
