Hello again on the very interesting topic of naps...once I was in a three
day training this was a Saturday during the meal time or lunch some people
started saying things like " I wish I could rest in my bed" or I feel so
sleappy after eating, etc so when we came back to the place I told the this
: We have half an hour to do exactly what we decide to do. Some
participants sayed they wanted a meditation, we started that meditation
...for me it war nap time. I slept for 20 minutes and I was so happy this
was the first time that I had a group that was able to be so honest and
congruent regarding their needs.
My mother is very good at falling asleep VERY fast! She can take 9 minutes
naps and she asked me to wake her up and she asked me please wake me up
again in 5 minutes and she would go back to sleep as soon as she finished
the sentence. Amassing!
And she wakes up also in seconds, she is really a special case!
