[OSList] Citizen engagement opportunity - UNDP project

Happy New Year all!

I am kicking off the new year by rallying together a team to apply for an
exciting *citizen engagement project* with *UNDP Slovakia!*

The project involves the development and field testing of both *face to
face and virtual methods* for citizen engagement in 3 countries - Armenia,
Georgia, and Egypt.

The proposal is due *January 13th*, so a little hustle is called for, but I
know we can do it and I feel inspired and motivated so I am happy to put
together the bulk of the proposal work.

The project is slated to begin February first, involves travel for at least
two people and there is a 4-month expected timeline Interested in being on
