[OSList] org'n works too good to use OST…?

Yes, that's indeed a great opportunity for listening and learning... Thanks, Thomas for sharing!

What if this is the only thing that could have happened last Friday ... What if as you say yourself, the topic simply did not warrant as much energy & engagement as the topic/question chosen last year....

What if you bring the empowerment to the next level sounding the group about what is the right topic or question for them to invest themselves into ... This really is a deeper listening exercise as Hege suggests, for the group and for the leadership as well...

What about recognizing the outstanding level of achievement and excellence in the opening as well ?! What if a shared feeling of great pride could bring the group to genuinely want to go further and asking themselves what might be the next challenges they wish to choose fixing themselves collectively ?

Looking forward to hearing from you what will have emerged ... :-)
