Hi Artur,

I did not mention it in a post, but directly to Suzanne as we are chatting
via Skype.

My intention was to write somethig a bit later, when I will have finished
Peggy's book. Because I just ordered it and began to read it. It's just so
meaningful to me right now. Right time. Right words. I remember when the
first edition came out, I didn't dare opening it, I was afraid it would be
too complex, to mental for me. too thick a book. So, it took me a few years
to order it. And 2 weeks ago I discover a book that was not complex at
all, though it speaks about complexity. Have I changed or did Peggy edited
it a lot (she says so in her forword) ? Anyway, I believe it's a very
precious book to anyone working with groups and more generally with people.

So a few days ago, I remembered Peggy mentioned here her radio show. So I
went to listen to it (didn't hear it till the end yet). And I loved the way
she speaks about change, turmoil, and the way to handle it : being curious,
looking for patterns. So simple but so profound.

I do believe that we are experiencing right now the shift of our world.
Everywhere. Economically, politically, environementaly etc.. and also
personaly for most of us. Now or soon.
And I also believe that we, as we are space openers, we are at the right
place to help people take that shift. Help them discover that they don't
need to be afraid about self-organization, about complexity, about not
understanding alone the big picture.

I think *we* are very lucky to be now where we are, I am very grateful to
all of you who are there and helped me learn this
Christine
