[OSList] Mixing self-organization with structured instruction

Hi all

I'm the foundet of the local agile community in Chile. Since 2010 our main
conference adapted OS as its methodology,  starting with an experimental
slot of to hours to a whole day.

In our community are enthusiasts that are eager for clues to hack their own
work cultures that probably need a more structured talk or workshop.

Any hints about how to do a good mix between structured content and the
self-organization of an OpenSpace?
