Thank you Chris and Lisa - and I completely empathise with your posessed
operating system Lisa. I think there could be a very funny and
embarassing book written of all the mishaps stemming from auto word
finders!!!
Perhaps I will be able to read about the Haiti experience in the OSLIST
archives? The group I will be working with is called 'Common Ground'
and provides low cost community housing to the homeless. They have been
operating for 12 months here in Hobart and they are wanting to focus on
the question: 'How do we allow the community to reach their health
potential?' They are wanting to build on what has been successful in
building Common Ground as a social community and look at evolving
solutions for moving forward. They wish to invite tenants, staff,
mangement and perhaps others in the community (the project hasn't been
without controversy) who are interested. I have just commenced
discussions with them. The meeting is scheduled for a month's time and
it could be a group as small as 12 or it could be larger. When I
explained the Opening Circle process, the client expressed concerns
about literacy levels and how to facilitate equal opportunity and in my
words, equal 'act hunger' at the point of posting topics.

I appreciate your thoughts and any further reflections you or others may
have.

Kim.
