[OSList] Open Space Conference videos

Dear Diana,

I have savored these videos just now. Each and every one of them. Like
truly savored these! Each is magnificent and touched me to the core.

My only regret Diana is that on the brief occasion when I met you (green
behind the ears on Open Space then), I did not get to know you more.
Hopefully there will be that opportunity in the future.

Not only was I deeply moved by the references to Open Space in these
videos, but I was also drawn to the Agile folks who spoke.

Their wisdom on leadership and teams, their commitment to excellence and
learning plus their deep understanding about what is at the core of Open
Space without even describing it per se just inspired me so much today.

In 2010 at a Scrum Alliance conference that Harrison Owen facilitated in
Orlando, I got to rub shoulders with many in this technology community.

I said it then and I say it now, there is a world waiting for the
partnership, wisdom and collaboration of this technology community on
leadership, in the essence of the Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices that
can serve the broader world of work. A partnership that goes beyond
software which includes Open Space.

Diana, thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I know that Llewellyn, who I had
the privilege to meet at an Agile conference also in Orlando, got it
absolutely right in the way he described you, opening and holding the space
for others.
