Dear friends in Open Space
I have followed this marvelous list for many years, contributing more
sometimes and less sometimes. Lately I've been lurking more as I am too
busy opening space all over…(-:

I am now in the planning phase for a nation wide OST project where I
first will train people (before Summer) to open space in all 24 regions
in Sweden(during autumn). After that there will be a large OST meeting
with more than 1000 participants (next year). The aim of the whole
process is to identify and clarify the most important development themes
for this area of society. The idea is to present the themes/priority
development themes to the politicians at a large conference. This will
hopefully lead to those themes becoming important questions for the
elections that take place that year.

We will go deeper into the planning and one of the main questions is how
we will make a "whole of the whole". How can we take all the results
from the regions into account when we have the large gathering? During
the large gathering (which lasts for 3 days and one of the days will be
in Open Space) they want to have a dialogue and the messages/priorities
should be made more clear and then delivered to the politicians the next
day…

I know similar things have been done here and there around the globe and
would love to listen to your experiences/wisdom. And of course other
reflections and ides are more than welcome.
All the best
