[OSList] Open Space in Cuba?

Hi Koos,

our colleague Frederik Wortmann <frederik.wortmann at boscop.org> will be 
based in the Caribbean (Dom Republic) from summer 2013 onwards for at 
least 3 years.He will have some strong ties to Cuba.No clue what he has 
already in the pipeline. You may wish to talk to him.
