[OSList] Open Space in Cuba?

Wow... this is very interesting!  Especially with the "special" relations
Venezuela has with Cuba.  I'd love to hear about your OST in Cuba... very,
very interesting!  I can't quite imagine how this will happen but I'll be
happy to see what does happen and I am ready to be surprised.  Is this is a
govt entity or private?
