Carmela - Never quite did what you are asking about, but close. And I think
it is really pretty simple. Step #1: Invite everybody who cares (about the
program, project, position) to join together in an exploration of:
"Effective Ways to Support the Program (Project, Position): Issues and
Opportunities." Step #2 Sit in Circle. Step #3 ... Well you know the rest...

Capture the reports, edit as necessary - Print, Publish, and Go Home. Should
be good to go!

If a lot of people come, it will be rich - not only as a "document" but as a
living program support. And if nobody comes, that would be painful, but
useful information. If nobody cares, No Body cares. Or something.

Subject: [OSList] Tips and Experiences Using OS in Developing Manual for a
Position

Dear OS community colleagues,

If anyone of you has an experience in using OS in developing a manual for a
particular position (e.g. project/program officer's guide on how to support
the target groups, or implement the program, etc.), I would be glad if you
could share your experiences.

Any tips, lessons learned, etc. will be highly appreciated.

Looking forward...

Carms
