The closest thing to your request is the LARGE GROUP FACILITATOR'S MANUAL
(Gower, 2003,) which I wrote with Eddie Palmer.

It provides a step-by-step layout and requirements for six different LGIs,
including traditional Open Space and Strategic Open Space (designed for
half and one day events.)

The Manual can be ordered on line for £40 or $60 plus P&P.
