[OSList] Smallest group OS

Dear all

Asking how many people is enough for an Open Space event is like asking how
much love is enough for a relationship. Or how much colour is enough for a
rainbow.

Open Space Technology escaped how and when it did for a reason.

Come on. Behave yourselves!
