Dear Cecilia,
its too hot in Berlin to even attempt a long answer, so here is a short one:
I neither trust people nor processes, in fact I distrust this "trust
this or that". Have a hard time even trusting myself.
But, I do know. I know from experience that a particular process I am
familiar with always works. And I know that people will do what is
appropriate for them and will always do the best they probably can in
any given situation.
This frees me from worrying about the process and about the folks in the
gathering and gives me sufficient space to look after my impossible task
of being completely present and utterly invisible.
I know you can do this and will do it regardless of whether I trust you
or not.
Have a cool day
