Thanks Harrison!

Your words and Jeff's give me encouragement to be more assertive in my
instincts. I have been good about meta-awareness of the "struggle", etc,
and my need to hold ground and to not do a "little bit of open space", but
then I did find myself starting to consider certain concessions under the
good-natured, but somewhat intense and repetitive insistence of the one
principle.

I think I will just put on the "in charge" hat - in a totally non-defensive
or challenging way of course, and I can do that sincerely b/c I am in that
space on this and I think I can get through today w/o interference.

If they are uncertain for tomorrow, I can do as you say and hand the reins
back to them for designing it.

You are right about the "little bit of OS" being frustrating! Last night
when they started doing their sharing of learning items, you could feel the
excitement and engagement - and I was thining, "yep, see, they are digging
this", BUT it was still being bottlenecked by one person at the helm trying
to manage it....I will take care of that at least for one day!

we unfortunately only definitely have one day, but may have two - we'll see!

oh, and glad to get rid of sticky dots in a way....it did seem like an area
for possible extra confusion and energy lagging.

thanks again! Breathe....
