Why do you say unique? All of them are in some way unique, irreplaceable 
of course, but I'm not sure what you see as unusual here?

One thing I see as unusual is that this was not a group seeking for a 
way forward for the group, but 21 ways forward for 21 individuals.

Help me see why you think the bankers and business leaders and faculty 
should have joined in, Michael?

To me the purpose of the event was to help them see they have the 
resources to do this thing: create a business. They have "sisters" they 
can call on for help and street smarts. Dropping the "experts" in merely 
continues their dependency on someone else. If the "experts" were in the 
sessions, then we could do 10 minute breakouts, or even a panel 
presentation in question and answer format, where question asked is 
followed by "the" one right answer.
