[OSList] How to assess the effectiveness of an OS Meeting.

Dear Keith,
generally, explaining os or the effect of os in organisations of any
kind is fraud with frustration.
What does work a little better, is to give a client the phone number of
another client, especially when it is in his field, who has been a
victim of the os process... I have tried that many times (heads of
schools, IT firms, Labor Unions, Foundations, Service Agencies...) with
considerable resonance.
Today, a detailed account of what 10 years of working with os has meant
for an organisation and its environment from the first event on through
the following 30 events (one effect was exactly what you experienced:
inviting more of the whole system) was published in German, English and
Polish. That is the report appears in those three languages in one
EBook. The good part is, that the client himself put that account together.
Here is where it can be ordered, complete with a preface by Harrison
Owen, also in three languages

Those involved in the assessment process can definitely see a number of
parameters and fields in this decade long and ongoing "experiment" that
could be a grid for the assessment of the effect of os in your organisation.

In case you use this "intervention" let me know how it went.

All the best,
greetings from Berlin
